Responsibilities

Quality Planning: Develop and implement quality assurance plans and procedures for manufacturing processes.

Inspection & Testing: Conduct inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Calibration: Manage and oversee the calibration of measuring and testing equipment.

Supplier Quality: Evaluate and monitor supplier quality, ensuring materials and components meet required standards.

Non-Conformance Management: Manage non-conforming materials and products, including rework, scrap, and returns.

Skills
Inspection & Testing Skills: Proficiency in using measuring and testing equipment.

Root Cause Analysis: Ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement CAPA.

Statistical Analysis: Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) techniques.

Documentation Skills: Strong documentation and report writing skills.

Role: QA Engineer

Experience: Freshers

Qualification: Diploma/BE in Automobile

Salary: From 15k to 18k per month
