Responsibilities:

Create and put into effect quality control standards and processes.

Examine and test raw materials, materials used during production, and final goods.

Examine high-quality data to find patterns and areas that need work.

Audit suppliers and production procedures.

Educate factory workers on best practices and quality control methods.

Oversee and preserve the calibration of the testing and inspection apparatus.

Qualification:

Strong understanding of quality control principles and practices.

Knowledge of relevant quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).

Proficiency in using quality control tools and techniques (e.g., SPC, FMEA, 8D).

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education: Diploma/BE in Mech

Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
