Job Description

The QA Engineer will develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure products meet and exceed quality standards in a manufacturing setting. This role demands a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Create and put into effect quality assurance protocols and guidelines.

Perform comprehensive testing and inspections on raw materials, products produced during the manufacturing process, and final goods.

Investigate the underlying causes of problems and put workable fixes in place to stop them from happening again.

Audit quality management systems and production processes both internally and outside.

Create and keep up-to-date quality control records, such as job instructions and inspection schedules.

Skills:

strong familiarity with the tools, techniques, and principles of quality assurance.

ability to use statistical analytic tools and quality management software effectively.

The capacity to understand and comprehend technical requirements, standards, and drawings.

Outstanding ability to analyse, solve problems, and make decisions.

Educational Qualification: Diploma/BE in Automobile

Experience: 3 to 7 yrs
