Job Description

Responsibilities

The Building Management System (BMS) must be monitored and maintained in order for all building systems to function effectively. 

The HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems must also be monitored and controlled by the BMS. 

Regular inspections of the building's equipment and systems are necessary to spot any anomalies or problems.

Generate reports on system performance, energy consumption, and maintenance activities. 

Collect and analyze data from the BMS to identify energy-saving opportunities and improve system efficiency. 

Coordinate with maintenance staff and external vendors for any repairs or servicing that may be necessary. 

React quickly to alarms and system failures and take appropriate action to resolve them.

Experience: Freshers

Qualification: ITI/ Diploma/ BE in Mech or Related

Salary: From 15K per month
