Job Description

The Shift Incharge will oversee and manage all aspects of shift operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and safety. This role involves leading a team, coordinating activities, and resolving issues to maintain smooth operations.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate shift activities to meet production targets and deadlines.

Lead and motivate team members, providing guidance and support.

Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.

Monitor production output and identify areas for improvement.

Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues and emergencies.

Skills:

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.  

Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

Educational Qualification: Diploma/BE in Mech

Experience: 3 to 7 yrs
