Lead Payroll Executive Expert in Payroll Processing
Job Description
Responsibilities
Maintaining employee payroll records, including those pertaining to new hires, terminations, and changes in pay or benefits;
making sure that payroll-related transactions, such as payroll deductions and taxes, are processed accurately and promptly;
administering employee benefits, such as enrolments, changes, and terminations;
supporting the HR team with performance management, employee relations, and other HR-related tasks as required;
and creating and disseminating various HR reports as required
Skills:
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and clients.
Experience: 3 to 5 yrs
Qualification: Any Basic Degree or MBA
