Job Description

Responsibilities

Shift Management: Oversee and coordinate all production activities during assigned shift to meet production targets.

Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate production staff, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols.

Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve production issues and equipment malfunctions promptly.

Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.

Training & Development: Train and mentor production staff on procedures and best practices.

Resource Management: Manage resources effectively, including manpower, materials, and equipment.

Skills
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.  

Technical Knowledge: Understanding of production processes and equipment.

Experience: 1 to 3 yrs

Qualification: Diploma/BE in Mech
