Responsibilities

Analyze and improve existing milling processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.

Identify and implement process improvements, such as toolpath optimization, material selection, and machine parameter adjustments.

Research and evaluate new milling equipment and technologies, including CNC machines, tooling, and cutting fluids.

Recommend upgrades and modifications to existing milling equipment
