Focus Skills:

Education: ITI / Trade Certificate (Fitter / Machinist / Turner) or Polytechnic Diploma in Mechanical / Production Engineering.

Experience: 0 to 3+ years of hands-on experience operating CNC Lathes, Vertical Machining Centers (VMC), or Horizontal Machining Centers (HMC) in precision engineering setups.

Technical Mastery: Blueprint/engineering drawing reading, GD&T basics, G-code/M-code identification, tool wear offsetting, precision measuring equipment operation, Autonomous Maintenance (TPM), and shop-floor tracking.
