Your Impact:

We are looking to add a highly qualified and experienced CNC Setter to our team of precision manufacturers. In accordance with technical drawings and specifications, the CNC Setter will be in charge of precisely setting up and preparing CNC machines to create high-quality parts. This position requires a solid grasp of precise measurement methods, tooling, and CNC machine operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up CNC machines according to job specifications and engineering drawings.

Select and install appropriate tooling and fixtures.

Load and edit CNC programs.

Perform first-article inspections and ensure parts meet quality standards.

Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments.

Troubleshoot machine issues and perform minor maintenance.

What you Need:

Strong knowledge of CNC machine operations and setup procedures.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

Proficiency in using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).

Knowledge of tooling selection and application.

Educational Qualification: Any Diploma Degree

Experience: 1 to 3 yrs
