Responsibilities

1. Production Coordination: Oversee and manage production activities to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets, ensuring timely completion of projects.

2. SOP Implementation: Enforce and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to guarantee consistency and high-quality standards in production processes.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain teams to streamline workflows and address technical challenges effectively.

4. Root Cause Analysis: Perform in-depth analysis to identify the root causes of production failures and implement corrective measures to improve process efficiency.

5. Documentation: Develop and update production documentation, including work instructions, process flowcharts, and detailed production reports.

6. Equipment Inspections: Conduct routine inspections of production equipment and machinery, ensuring they operate efficiently and comply with safety and quality regulations.

7. Staff Training: Train production staff on new processes, equipment use, and safety protocols to ensure efficient operation and adherence to safety standards.

8. Continuous Improvement: Lead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at boosting productivity, reducing waste, and maximizing resource utilization.

9. Industry Knowledge:Stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to propose innovative process optimizations and product improvements.
