Job Description

Responsibilities:

Using engineering designs and requirements, set up and run CNC machines (mills, lathes, etc.) to create precise parts.

Ensure correct alignment and secure attachment when loading and unloading tools and materials into CNC machines.

Examine and decipher work orders, technical drawings, and blueprints to comprehend machining specifications.

Keep track of production data, such as part dimensions, tools utilised, and machine controls.

To increase efficiency and optimise machining operations, work together with engineers and programmers.

Skills:

solid knowledge of the basics of G-code programming and CNC machine operating.

the capacity to read and decipher blueprints and technical drawings.

ability to use instruments for precise measurement (micrometres, gauges, and callipers).

familiarity with different cutting instruments and machining settings.

Role: CNC Operator

Experience: 1 to 6 yrs

Qualification: 8th, 10th, 12th or Above
