Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced VMC Setter to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of VMC machine setup, tooling, and fixturing. You will be responsible for setting up Vertical Machining Centers to produce high-quality components according to specifications, ensuring efficient and accurate machine operation.

Duties:

Install Vertical Machining Centres (VMCs) in accordance with setup sheets, work orders, and designs.

Install and modify work holding devices, fixtures, and cutting equipment.

Choose and install the proper tool holders, inserts, and cutting tools.

As needed, make adjustments and tool changes.

Utilising machine control panels, load and validate CNC programs (G-code).

Programs should be modified as needed to maximise machine performance.

Role: VMC Setter

Experience: 1 to 3 yrs

Qualification: Diploma/BE in Mech

Location: In and Around Chennai
