Responsibilities

1. Machine Operation:Operate VMC CNC machines to perform machining tasks such as drilling, milling, turning, and tapping with precision.

2. Monitoring: Continuously monitor machine operations to detect and correct any deviations or issues.

3. Inspection: Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments to ensure they meet required specifications.

4. Adjustments: Make necessary adjustments to machine settings to maintain product quality and operational efficiency.

5. Routine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn tooling on VMC CNC machines.

6. Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment malfunctions or programming errors promptly.

7. Safety Compliance: Follow all established safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.

8. Collaboration: Work closely with team members, engineers, and supervisors to optimize machining processes and meet production targets.

9. Documentation: Accurately document production activities, including machine settings, measurements, and any issues related to quality or operation.

Role: CNC or VMC Operator

Experience: 1 to 4 yrs

Qualification: 8th, 10th, 12th or Diploma in Mech

Salary: From 18K per month
