Job Description

To join our production team in Chennai, we are looking for a Production Engineer with a background in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) who is highly analytical and technically skilled. In order to fulfil production goals, you will be in charge of streamlining production procedures, guaranteeing the effectiveness and quality of the assembly and manufacturing of electrical and electronic components, and resolving problems.

Responsibilities

Examine current electrical and electronic manufacturing and assembly procedures to find areas where cost, quality, and efficiency can be increased.

For production problems and quality variations involving EEE systems and components, conduct root cause analysis.

Help with the assessment, choice, and activation of new production equipment that is electrical and electronic.

Training and technical assistance on new EEE procedures, equipment operation, and quality standards should be given to production employees.

Create and deliver reports on yield, quality indicators, production efficiency, and improvement projects.

Make sure that all applicable Indian industry norms and laws are followed.

Skills:

Excellent verbal communication abilities in Malayalam, including professional tone, correct grammar, and clear pronunciation.

Strong problem-solving abilities, as well as the capacity to think fast and come up with answers.

a basic understanding of computers and the capacity to use pertinent software programs.

Educational Qualification: 8th, 10th, 12th or Above

Experience: 3+ yrs
