We are looking for non-voice process executives that are driven and customer-focused to join our team. In this position, you will be essential in delivering first-rate customer service via chat, email, and social media.

What you will do:

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively through various channels.

Process orders, data entry, and other back-office tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

Maintain clear and concise written communication with customers.

Ensure customer satisfaction and build positive customer relationships.

Adhere to company policies and service level agreements

What we need:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficient in using computers and relevant software (e.g., CRM systems, spreadsheets).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
