Job Description

Experience: 5 to 8 yrs

Salary: Based on interview Performance

Focus Skills:

Proven supervisory experience leading operators and assembly/machining lines on active manufacturing shop floors. 

Strong practical understanding of production workflow, line balancing, shop-floor safety, and 5S/Lean practices. 

Basic technical capability to read production drawings, work instructions, and operating manuals. 

Familiarity with production logging in ERP systems (SAP PP/Oracle) and shift reporting tools. 

Strong leadership, conflict resolution, communication, and shift-management capabilities.
