Responsibilities

Oversee the entire hiring process for a variety of roles within the organisation; 

plan and carry out employee orientation and onboarding; 

create and implement HR policies and procedures; 

manage payroll and salary administration; 

oversee adherence to labour laws and regulations; 

and counsel and assist staff members with HR-related matters.
