Job Description

Primary Task: Our goal is to provide maximum operating efficiency, safety, and product quality by offering advanced technical skills in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical and electronic systems, machinery, and equipment within our Chennai manufacturing facility. Junior technicians must be led and mentored in this position.

Responsibilities

In industrial machines, identify and fix complicated electrical and electronic system issues.

Carry out electrical and electronic component replacements, repairs, and calibrations while making sure that safety regulations and manufacturer specifications are followed.

Make sure that new equipment is properly integrated with the control systems that are already in place.

Team members should be coached and trained in safe, repair, and troubleshooting techniques.

Make sure the workplace is safe by conducting risk assessments for electrical systems.

Create technical reports on the operation, malfunctions, and planned preventative maintenance of equipment.

Required Abilities:

Advanced troubleshooting skills for complex electrical and electronic faults.

Familiarity with PLC/HMI diagnosis and basic programming concepts.

Knowledge of common electrical and electronic measuring instruments and their appropriate use.

Experience: 3 to 5 yrs

Qualification: Diploma/BE in EEE
