At customer locations, you will be in charge of offering technical support, equipment and product installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair services. Strong technical training in mechanical, electrical, or electronics engineering, exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, and a dedication to guaranteeing client satisfaction are all requirements for the ideal applicant.

Key Responsibilities:

At customer sites in Chennai and other places, carry out the installation, commissioning, and validation of new manufacturing machines and equipment.

To guarantee optimum operation and prolong the life of machinery, execute regular preventive maintenance (PM) on time.

Identify, diagnose, and fix issues with manufacturing equipment's hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, mechanical, and control systems.

Respond to customers' technical questions, operational problems, and breakdowns with prompt and efficient on-site technical help.

To maximise performance and guarantee adherence to operating parameters, calibrate and adjust machines.

What you Need:

Hands-on experience with various testing and measuring equipment.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls and priorities effectively.

Strong customer-focused attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.

Educational Qualification: Diploma/BE in EEE
