Lead Approach and Client Acquisition Asst Manager BD Position
Job Description
Primary Task: To support and drive business growth for our injection moulding operations in Chennai by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets and strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
To determine prospective clients, market trends, and the competitive environment in Chennai and the surrounding areas, conduct market research.
Sort leads according to their demands, potential, and compatibility with our injection moulding services in Chennai.
Recognise the applications, project requirements, and client demands unique to their Chennai operations.
In order to reach mutually beneficial agreements, negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions of contracts while taking local pricing sensitivity into account.
Keep tabs on sales activity, developments, and projections for the Chennai area.
Required Abilities:
Strong understanding of injection moulding processes, materials, tooling, and applications relevant to the Chennai manufacturing landscape.
Excellent communication (both written and verbal in English and Tamil) and presentation skills to effectively engage with local clients in Chennai.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with an understanding of local business etiquette.
Proven track record of lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals within the Chennai market.
