Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and plan every aspect of production during the designated shift, making sure that the Chennai plant's resources are used effectively and that the production schedule is followed.

Create a happy and productive work environment by leading, inspiring, training, and supervising a group of production operators and assistants.

Make ensuring that process monitoring, documentation, and all quality system criteria are fulfilled.

Ascertain that each team member is using personal protective equipment (PPE) appropriately.

To minimise downtime, schedule preventative maintenance and handle equipment issues in coordination with Chennai's maintenance department.
