Your Impact:

On a particular production line or in a designated manufacturing region, you will be in charge of supervising and controlling day-to-day activities. This crucial position entails maintaining a safe and effective work environment, maximising resource utilisation, guaranteeing efficient production, and adhering to quality standards. The ideal applicant will have outstanding communication skills in Tamil and English, a deep grasp of production procedures, and strong leadership qualities.

Key Responsibilities:

To maintain effective and seamless operations, keep an eye on and plan the actions of production workers on the shop floor.

To ensure constant product quality, perform in-process inspections and keep an eye on process parameters.

Keep an eye on team and individual performance, give constructive criticism, and carry out preliminary performance reviews.

Perform routine safety inspections and encourage a safety-conscious culture throughout the manufacturing process.

Engage in root cause analysis (RCA) to help find long-term solutions to persistent issues.

Assure accurate record-keeping practices and thorough documentation of all actions.

What you Need:

Excellent leadership, team management, and motivational skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Educational Qualification: Diploma/BE in EEE

Experience: 3 to 6 yrs
