Employing a Shift Incharge with Skills in Team Leading

Job Description

Primary Task: To lead and manage all production activities during an assigned shift within our manufacturing facility in Chennai, ensuring that production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are consistently met, while effectively managing a team of production workers.

Responsibilities

During the designated shift, supervise and plan every aspect of production, making sure that the Chennai plant's resources are used effectively and that the production schedule is followed.

Oversee, encourage, train, and lead a group of production workers and assistants while creating a happy and effective work atmosphere.

Verify that all documentation, process monitoring, and quality system requirements are fulfilled.

Make that everyone on the team is wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly.

To resolve equipment problems and plan preventative maintenance to save downtime, coordinate with the Chennai maintenance department.

Required Abilities:

Demonstrated leadership, team management, and mentoring skills.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, especially under pressure.

Good knowledge of quality control principles and practices.

Experience: 2 to 5 yrs

Qualification: Diploma/BE in EEE

Salary: Based on Previous work Experience
