From hiring to offboarding, you will be in charge of a variety of HR tasks that support the employee lifecycle.

Responsibility:

Oversee the entire hiring process, including posting jobs, screening applicants, conducting interviews, and choosing a candidate.

Organise and carry out orientation and onboarding programs for new hires.

Act as a liaison for questions and issues raised by staff members.

Help resolve disputes and complaints among employees.

Help with the administration and execution of performance management initiatives

Keep HR databases and personnel records up to date.
