Location : Chennai

Working Hours : General Shift | Monday to Saturday

Responsibilities

Undergo comprehensive on-the-job training in various departments within the manufacturing facility, including production, quality control, maintenance, and engineering.

Gain practical experience in different areas of manufacturing operations.

Participate in and contribute to small-scale projects related to process improvement, cost reduction, or new product development.

Conduct research and analysis on relevant topics related to manufacturing processes and technologies.

Skills:

Strong foundation in engineering principles (mechanical, electrical, chemical, etc.)

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with colleagues and supervisors.

Quick learner with a strong desire to learn and develop new skills
