Roles and Responsibilities:

You will be in charge of creating, carrying out, and managing every facet of the quality assurance function within our injection moulding operations as the Assistant General Manager-Quality Assurance (QA) headquartered in Chennai. Your extensive knowledge of quality assurance techniques, strong quality management systems, regulatory compliance unique to the Indian manufacturing setting, and demonstrated leadership skills in the Chennai industrial environment will all be used in this senior-level position.

Skills:

proficiency in the injection moulding sector in addressing customer grievances, conducting failure analysis, and implementing workable solutions.

shown ability to use statistical analysis and data-driven approaches to spearhead initiatives for ongoing QA function improvement.

familiarity with compliance assurance and internal and external quality audits methods.

Excellent leadership skills and the ability to put together a cohesive, effective QA team in Chennai.

Experience: 12 to 15 yrs

Qualification: Any BE Degree
