Responsibilities:

Create, carry out, and uphold strong quality control plans, inspection protocols, and standards all the way through the production process.

As directed by the product specifications, conduct reliability, destructive/non-destructive, and functional testing.

Take the lead in or take part in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify the fundamental causes of failures and quality faults.

Assist with planning and follow-up activities for both internal and external quality audits.

To develop process enhancements and design modifications for improved quality, give input to the engineering and production teams.

Educational Qualification: Diploma/BE in ECE

Experience: 3+ yrs
