Your Impact:

You will be in charge of overseeing and managing the Quality Assurance department, making sure that reliable quality processes are put in place and maintained, promoting ongoing development, and ensuring that our injection-molded goods meet the highest possible requirements for quality. The ideal applicant will have excellent leadership abilities, a thorough understanding of quality management concepts, a wealth of injection moulding industry expertise, and a track record of successfully implementing and maintaining efficient QA processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and carry out our Chennai injection moulding operations' overall quality assurance plan and goals, making sure they complement the business's strategic objectives for both quality and client happiness.

Oversee and direct the production part approval process (PPAP) and advanced quality planning (APQP) implementation for new product launches at our Chennai location.

Encourage the use of measurement system analysis (MSA) and statistical process control (SPC) to track and enhance measurement accuracy and process capabilities.

operate as the main point of contact for any issues pertaining to quality assurance both inside the Chennai company and with clients involving injection-molded goods.

Keep up with the most recent developments in technologies, industry best practices, and quality assurance procedures that are pertinent to Chennai's injection moulding industry.

What you Need:

expertise in the injection moulding industry in handling client complaints, doing failure analyses, and putting effective remedies into place.

demonstrated capacity to lead efforts for continual improvement in the QA function by applying statistical analysis and data-driven methodologies.

knowledge of internal and external quality auditing procedures and compliance assurance.

Strong leadership qualities and the capacity to assemble a cooperative, productive QA team in Chennai.

Educational Qualification: Any BE Degree

Experience: 12 to 15 yrs
