Job Description

We are looking to add a highly qualified and seasoned Lathe Engineer to our vibrant manufacturing team. Through the operation and maintenance of lathe equipment, a Lathe Engineer will contribute significantly to the creation of precision parts of superior quality.

Requirements:

Utilise a variety of lathe machinery, such as CNC, manual, and turret lathes, to precisely machine metal parts to tolerances.

Install and run lathe machines in accordance with job instructions, blueprints, and engineering drawings.

Execute a variety of turning operations, such as threading, grooving, boring, facing, and turning.

Make excellent items that are within tolerances and have few flaws.

Skills:

shown ability to operate a variety of lathe machines, including manual and CNC models.

proficiency in reading and interpreting work instructions, drawings, and blueprints.

the capacity to utilise precision measuring tools (such as gauges, micrometres, and callipers) with accuracy.

knowledge of the fundamentals of metalworking and mechanical principles.

Qualification: Diploma/BE in Mech
