  ITI / CIPET / Diploma / NTTF in Plastics Mold Making

Experience:
  2+ years of experience in plastic injection and blow mould/die maintenance

Job Profile:
  Relevant experience in handling and maintenance of plastic injection moulds/dies and extrusion blow moulds
  Sound knowledge in the hot runner and cold runner moulds/dies, spare parts knowledge, and maintenance
  Good in ERP documentation
  Good coordination with other departments
  Good proficiency in English language (speaking, reading, and writing), report preparation, etc.
  Knowledge of 5S, TPM, quality systems, ISO 9000, ERP, and computer systems is mandatory

Responsibilities:
  Perform mould maintenance and repairs
  Set up and operate mold machines
  Troubleshoot mold problems
  Maintain mould records and documentation
  Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production
  Train new employees on mold maintenance and operation
