Responsibilities

Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job positions, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

Act as a liaison for questions and issues raised by staff members.

Assist managers in carrying out performance evaluations and creating plans for performance enhancement.

Keep your HR databases and personnel records current and correct.

Handle changes to employees, including promotions, transfers, and layoffs.
