To fill available roles inside the organisation, the HR recruiter is in charge of finding, vetting, and employing competent applicants. Creating and implementing successful recruitment tactics, cultivating a solid rapport with hiring managers, and guaranteeing a favourable candidate experience are all part of this function.

Responsibility:

Oversee the whole hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding.

Create and put into action efficient hiring practices to draw in eligible applicants.

Create and manage a pool of competent applicants for available positions now and in the future.

To find and contact passive applicants, use a variety of sourcing strategies.

Throughout the hiring process, make sure that candidates have a satisfying and expert experience.
