Vendor Research: Find potential suppliers.

Offer Evaluation: Compare offers from different suppliers.

Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms and prices.

Order Tracking: Monitor orders and ensure timely delivery.

Quality Control: Review the quality of purchased products.

Data Entry: Enter order information into company systems.

Record Keeping: Maintain records of purchases, deliveries, and invoices.

Reporting: Prepare reports on purchasing activities and costs.

Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and place orders.

Warehouse Coordination: Work with the warehouse team for proper storage.

Industry Updates: Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay informed.

Education: any Bachelor Degree
