Responsibilities:

Determine inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for cost, quality, lead time, and safety improvement by analysing current production processes.

Perform capacity planning, resource utilisation research, and time and motion studies to determine the best production standards.

Provide support for the installation and commissioning of new production lines, machinery, and equipment.

Create and keep up-to-date process documentation, work instructions, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Make sure that every production activity complies with safety rules, quality standards, and environmental compliance guidelines.

Make use of data analytics to find patterns and chances for ongoing development.

Train and mentor manufacturing workers and young engineers in new equipment, procedures, and efficiency strategies.

Educational Qualification: Diploma/BE in Automobile

Experience: 3+ yrs
