Assume the role of Supervisor and Lead Production

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Production Supervisor to join our manufacturing team. As a Production Supervisor, you will play a critical role in overseeing daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety while motivating and leading a team of production workers.

Requirements:

Supervise and coordinate the work of production teams to ensure timely and efficient production.

Monitor production processes, identify and troubleshoot bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to improve productivity

Ensure adherence to all safety protocols, quality standards, and company policies within the production department.

Train and develop production workers, providing on-the-job training, performance feedback, and opportunities for skill enhancement

Skills:

Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to identify and resolve production issues effectively

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with team members, supervisors, and other departments.

Strong emphasis on safety and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment

Role: Production Supervisor

Experience: 2 to 5 yrs

Qualification: Diploma/BE in Any Specialization

Location: In and Around Chennai
