Job Description

Responsibilities

Oversee, supervise, and coach a group of inside sales representatives to make sure they hit or surpass sales goals.

Create and implement sales strategy to meet business goals and increase revenue.

Cultivate a solid rapport with customers to guarantee high satisfaction and return business.

Keep a close eye on the performance of the team and offer coaching and feedback as needed to promote ongoing development.

Determine the sales team's skill-building needs and lead skill-building exercises.

To guarantee smooth operations and a satisfying client experience, collaborate closely with other departments, including marketing and customer service.

Provide senior management with regular reporting on team activity and sales results.

Make sure the group abides by business rules, industry laws, and moral principles.

Role: Team Lead

Experience: 1 to 3 yrs

Qualification: Any Basic Degree 

Salary: form 22K per month
