Responsibilities:

Create and carry out a thorough maintenance plan that complements the plant's overall operating objectives and financial constraints.

Oversee and direct the mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and any other specialised maintenance teams in the maintenance department.

Oversee the scheduling and planning of all maintenance tasks to guarantee effective use of resources and little interruption to output.

Effectively manage the maintenance budget by keeping expenses under control and making the most use of the money spent on labour, spare parts, and outside services.

To improve the technical abilities and knowledge of maintenance staff, create and implement training programs.

Work closely with engineering, production, and other departments to resolve equipment-related problems and put improvements into place.

Qualification:

Proven track record of developing and implementing successful maintenance strategies that have improved equipment reliability and reduced downtime.

Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance methodologies.

Experience in implementing and managing CMMS or similar maintenance management systems.

Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Education: BE in Mech/ECE

Experience: 10 to 12 yrs
