Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Quality Control Manager to join our manufacturing team. As a Quality Control Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of quality assurance, ensuring that our products consistently meet the highest standards of excellence.

Requirements:

Develop, implement, and maintain a robust Quality Management System (QMS) that aligns with industry best practices and regulatory requirements

Lead and mentor a team of Quality Control Inspectors, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.

Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards and identify areas for improvement

Skills:

In-depth knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, statistical process control)

Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, including the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and generate reports using statistical software

Role: Quality Control Manager

Experience: 5 to 9 yrs

Qualification: Diploma/BE in Any Specialization

Location: In and Around Chennai
