Job Description

To join our manufacturing team, we are looking for a Quality Control Manager who is results-driven and extremely motivated. Overseeing every facet of quality assurance as a Quality Control Manager will be essential to ensuring that our goods continuously live up to the highest standards of excellence.

What you will do:

Develop and implement quality control systems and procedures across all production processes.

Lead and mentor a team of Quality Control Inspectors.

Analyze quality data, identify trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Conduct root cause analysis of quality issues and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.

Ensure compliance with all relevant quality standards, industry regulations, and customer requirements.

What we need:

Strong understanding of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing).

Proven experience in leading and managing a quality control team.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Role: QC Engineer

Experience: 5 to 10 yrs

Qualification: Diploma/BE in any specialization

Location: In and Around Chennai
