Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth workflow.

Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (email, phone, mail), ensuring timely and accurate responses.

Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and functionality.

Organize and maintain filing systems and databases, both physical and digital.

 

Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal
skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).  

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.  

Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring error-free work.  

 

Role: Admin Executive

Experience: Freshers

Qualification: Any Basic Degree and MBA

Salary: From 15 to 18K per month

Location: Chennai
