Job Description

Responsibilities:

During your designated shift, oversee and direct all production activities to make sure that our Chennai manufacturing site meets or surpasses daily and weekly production goals.

Assure rigorous adherence to all pertinent documentation and procedures of the quality management system (QMS).

During the shift, keep an eye on staff attendance, performance, and compliance with corporate regulations.

Ascertain that each team member is using personal protective equipment (PPE) appropriately.

When necessary, help with the setup of equipment and tools for production runs.

Verify the accuracy and upkeep of all production logs, checklists, and documentation.

Skills:

Proficiency in reading and analysing production schedules, technical drawings, and blueprints.

fundamental understanding of machine operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

knowledge of the methods and instruments used in quality control.

Role: Shift Incharge

Experience: 3 to 7 yrs

Qualification: Diploma/BE in Mech

Salary: Based on Previous work Experience
