Responsibilities:

Oversee the whole hiring process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.

Act as a liaison for questions and issues raised by staff members.

Manage benefit and pay plans for staff members while maintaining market competitiveness and legal compliance.

Verify adherence to all relevant labour laws and rules.

Create reports by analysing HR data in order to spot patterns and give management information.

Qualification:

Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.  

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.  

Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.

Education: Any Basic Degree and MBA

Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
