Job Description

Focus: Stress the importance of managing a team effectively, leading a production shift, making sure goals are reached, and upholding safety and quality standards in Chennai's fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Experience: 2 to 5 yrs

What you’ll Do:

Oversee and direct all production tasks during your designated shift, making sure that our Chennai manufacturing site meets or surpasses daily and weekly output goals.

Make ensuring that all pertinent quality management system (QMS) paperwork and procedures are strictly followed.

Throughout the shift, keep an eye on worker performance, attendance, and compliance with corporate regulations.

Make that everyone on the team is wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly.

As needed, help set up equipment and tools for production runs.

Make certain that all production logs, checklists, and documentation are correctly filled out and kept up to date.

What you need:

the capacity to read and comprehend manufacturing schedules, technical drawings, and blueprints.

fundamental understanding of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and machine operation.

knowledge of quality control methods and instruments.
