Job Description

Salary Range : based on skills, and interview performance

Education: Diploma/BE in Mech

Responsibilities

Analyse production data to identify areas for improvement, then develop plans to optimise manufacturing processes.

Conduct time studies and process flow analysis to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.

Standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions should be created and updated.

Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and quality control teams to ensure effective manufacturing operations.

Evaluate and recommend upgrades and replacements for equipment. 

Qualification:

strong knowledge of the principles and procedures of manufacturing.

familiarity with continuous improvement and lean manufacturing methodologies.

knowledge of the standards for quality assurance and control.

outstanding intellectual and problem-solving abilities.

strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

proficiency with various technical tools and CAD software. 

Location : Chennai

Working Hours : 8 Hours, Monday to Saturday
