Responsibilities

The responsibilities include operating forklifts and other material handling machinery to move materials and goods, loading and unloading materials from vehicles and deliveries, and stacking or storing them in designated areas. This role involves inspecting and maintaining forklifts and other equipment, reporting any issues, and keeping inventory under control with accurate records of the transported commodities. Adherence to safety procedures and ensuring a secure workplace are essential, along with assisting with additional tasks such as shipping, packing, and general warehouse duties. Collaboration with the team to maximize productivity and efficiency is also a key aspect of this role.

Role: Forklift Operator

Experience: 1 to 3 yrs

Qualification: 8th, 10th, 12th or ITI

Salary: From 18K per month

Location: Chennai
