Roles and Responsibilities:

You will be in charge of the strategic planning, execution, and supervision of all quality control operations throughout our production processes in your capacity as Head of the Chennai-based Quality Control (QC) Department. Your deep understanding of quality management systems, sophisticated quality procedures, regulatory compliance in the Indian context, and outstanding team leadership in the Chennai industrial setting will all be tapped into in this senior leadership position. You will play a key role in developing and carrying out a thorough quality strategy, cultivating a culture of excellence throughout the organisation, integrating state-of-the-art quality technologies pertinent to our operations in Chennai, and creating a top-tier QC organisation that continuously guarantees the delivery of superior products. You will have the authority to significantly raise customer satisfaction, process effectiveness, and product quality.

Skills:

Deep and practical understanding of engineering drawings, complex specifications, GD&T, and rigorous quality standards relevant to our Chennai operations and global industry best practices.

Proven and significant experience in developing, implementing, and auditing comprehensive quality control plans, procedures, and work instructions that drive consistent quality outcomes.

Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and develop high-performing QC teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture within the Chennai context.

Experience: 6+ yrs

Qualification: Any BE Degree
