Responsibilities

Create, carry out, and oversee production plans and strategies in accordance with overarching business goals and client needs.

Determine the production workflow's bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and potential improvement areas.

Encourage the production team to adopt a culture of quality consciousness and ongoing development.

Evaluate employee performance, determine what training is required, and cultivate a cooperative and enthusiastic workplace.

Encourage a robust safety culture, carry out frequent safety audits, and put policies in place to reduce mishaps and hazards at work.

Inform top management and pertinent stakeholders in a clear and concise manner of the production status, obstacles, and requirements.

Skills
Expertise in Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and continuous improvement tools.

Exceptional leadership, team-building, and motivational skills.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with a data-driven approach.

Role: Production Manager

Experience: 5 to 10 yrs

Qualification: Diploma/BE in Mech

Salary: Based on Previous Work Experience
