Your Impact:

seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Quality (QC) Department. Reporting to AGM, you will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining a robust quality control system to ensure that all products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and compliance. You will lead the QC team, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and foster a culture of quality excellence across the manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Formulate and execute the overarching quality control vision, strategy, and objectives for our manufacturing operations in Chennai, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals for quality, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.

Provide strong and decisive leadership to the Quality Control (QC) Department, establishing a clear organizational structure, defining roles and responsibilities, and fostering a culture of ownership and accountability within the Chennai team.

Recruit, mentor, develop, and retain a high-caliber team of QC professionals in Chennai, fostering a culture of continuous learning, technical excellence, and professional growth.

Oversee the selection, calibration, and maintenance of all inspection, testing, and measurement equipment used in our Chennai operations, ensuring accuracy and reliability of data.

Drive a pervasive culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization, leading cross-functional teams in the application of Lean and Six Sigma principles to enhance quality and efficiency.

Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for all critical quality control-related matters within the Chennai organization, with customers, and with regulatory agencies.

What you Need:

Proven and significant experience in developing, implementing, and auditing comprehensive quality control plans, procedures, and work instructions that drive consistent quality outcomes.

Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and develop high-performing QC teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture within the Chennai context.

Outstanding analytical and strategic thinking skills with a proven track record of identifying systemic quality issues, implementing effective root cause analysis, and driving impactful corrective and preventive actions across the organization.

Educational Qualification: Any BE Degree 

Experience: 6 to 8 yrs
