Job Description

To join our Human Resources team, we are looking for a Payroll Executive who is thorough and detail-oriented. Maintaining personnel data, processing payroll accurately and on time, and making sure that all applicable labour and tax rules are followed are all duties of a payroll executive.

Requirements:

Payroll for hourly, salaried, and commissioned workers should all be processed precisely and on schedule.

Compute and handle payroll deductions, taxes, and other pertinent payments.

Keep all employee records current and accurate, including timesheets, personnel files, and other pertinent paperwork.

Verify adherence to data security and privacy laws (such as the CCPA and GDPR).

Skills:

strong knowledge of the rules and practices governing payroll processing.

familiarity with payroll taxes, deductions, and other pertinent laws.

familiarity with payroll systems and software.

Excellent time-management and organising abilities, including the capacity to prioritise work and fulfil deadlines.
